I have been fascinated by the moon and stars from an early age. Mesmerised by the pull of the moon’s light, I found myself wondering how the cosmic energy shapes us here on Earth — and that quiet curiosity has guided my whole path.

Astrology found me properly in my late twenties, living in Hong Kong, right around my first Saturn return — that moment the Universe nudges all of us in our late twenties to check whether our life is truly on track. My move to Singapore deepened my interest when I'd signed up to learn Reiki and my teacher happened to be an astrologer. When she read my birth chart and described me with such uncanny accuracy, I was hooked. I couldn't absorb enough after that.

When I returned to Australia after ten years abroad, I trained formally with a wonderful teacher in Brisbane and it was during my first regression hypnotherapy session that really changed my life direction. What showed up for me as a soul, shone a light on what my purpose is and why astrology and wellbeing have always called to me so strongly.

My purpose, I discovered, is to help others uncover their own potential through astrology and healing.

I believe each of us carries our own unique soul energy or soul DNA, held in the exact date, time and place we were born. Understanding that energy is powerful.  It's often the key to understanding why you feel the way you do, and where you're meant to go next.

In my practice, I bring together everything I've learned — astrology, regression hypnotherapy, Reiki, clairvoyant healing, numerology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy — along with a daily yoga and meditation practice that keeps me grounded and present for the people I work with.
